Get alerted when a task or report requires your attention. Simple alerts delivered to you that you can use to open reports coming in from ships or documents sent to you by anyone. Use this system to set reminders for yourself.
Manage all your documents centrally and distribute them to ships using the Document Manager. Add all controlled as well as uncontrolled documents floating around in the organization into one central repository. All changes made in documents are automatically distributed to ships which means that your fleet never has an outdated version of a manual running on them.
We have done the assessment of risks of a range of jobs carried out in various operation areas on the ship. These hazards may occur if they haven’t been planned for and measures taken to reduce their occurrence. Choose from an exhaustive list of risk assessments done for each job and then plan for the jobs to be carried out with the job, the hazards and the mitigating measures all mentioned in one single sheet. Carrying out a job that we haven’t yet got in the list? Assess the risk for the job yourself and then get it approved from the office all using the Risk Manager.
Use this module to create a database of all particulars of your fleet using questionnaires. Create your own databases and forms to manage various information about the ship and then exchange this information between the ship and office. A powerful search allows you to look for machinery or parts present in the combined databases of the entire fleet.
Use forms of various ports available in the database to fill them in and file them to the authorities by printing them or email them directly as Adobe Acrobat™ (PDF) files. Visiting a port with a new or changed form? Just create the form in the system using a simple 3-step wizard and start using the form immediately. Exchange forms created on the ship or office with other ships resulting in an updated fleet wide database of up-to-date forms. Update your voyage details once and have the forms source their information from it. Connect information about the ship contained in the Vessel Particulars module to forms.
Regular forms that need to be filled on ships can be reported back to the office using this module. Incident, Injury, Suggestion for Improvements, or Near Misses – report them all using this module and then some more. All workflow of the forms within the office and between the ship and office is done with these forms and all comments, suggestions and notes are stored in the report itself. Just open a new report, fill it up and hit the send button and the module does the rest.
Plan for audits that are to be carried out on ships. Be alerted when an upcoming audit is due. File your audit report using the Audits system and then use the workflow features built into the system to close non-conformities and observations. Attach photos and other evidence to support the raised non-conformities as well their closure. Finally, generate reports based for the audits that have been carried out.
Analyze the plethora of information being collected in the central databases from Ship Shore Reporting forms , Audit System and more to find trends, create graphs and charts. You also have access to custom built reports of set format that can be generated at the click of a button. And finally create your own reports by selected items you want in your report filtered by conditions you specify and convert them to MS Word™ or MS Excel™ documents.
